What interests and wishes do young graduates have today? What is important to them when choosing a career? In our ISM Mentoring Program, you will gain valuable insights into the current topics of young professionals and support students with questions about finding an internship, applying for a job, choosing a career or preparing for exams.
You've already started your professional life and would like to share your experiences from your studies and career with future graduates? You want to learn more about the world of young talents? Then join the ISM Mentoring Program and and benefit from an individual exchange of experiences.
Here's how it works:
- Register on our mentoring platform by 19 September 2021
- Fill in your mentor profile and specify the number of mentees
- Interested mentees will send you their contact requests by 03 October 2021, which will be managed independently by yourself. Afterwards, the two-week matching phase takes place
- From 18 October 2021, you will start as a mentor and will be in regular contact with your mentees
In order to be able to advise your mentees in a targeted and specific way, you should have at least three years of professional experience. You can find more information and a mentoring guide here.
