Heroes are not born: They develop. Marc Zuckerberg, for example, was able to draw on the expertise of Steve Jobs and Maya Angelou shared her inside knowledge with Oprah Winfrey. Just like in the ISM mentoring program, where mentors and mentees can learn a lot from each other.

Mentees have a professional at their side who can help them to see their career goals more clearly. At the same time, mentors get new perspectives by seeing the world through their mentee's eyes. Additionally, they get insights into the views and demands of the Generation Z. Therefore, a mentoring program can also support a company's capacity for innovation and can help them to develop with regard to the digital transformation.

After October 15th, the mentees can then approach the mentor of their choice.
