Yara Noufal graduated in Psychology & Management at ISM Munich and is now employed at Infineon Technologies as an expert for HR digitalization. In our interview, she explains the importance of a customer-oriented mindset within HR and about change management in digital projects.
“Since a large part of the workforce has not grown up with digitalization, I think it is absolutely necessary to accompany the changes with targeted communication and change management right from the start. For some employees, this means new work processes, role changes and therefore up-/reskilling – not everyone is enthusiastic about this, and it’s up to the organization to take everybody by the hand during the change.”
