Together with other speakers from politics, science and business, he discussed the responsibility and its impact on our living and working environments.

Under the motto "Taking responsibility - in Digitialization. Sustainability. Mobility." politicians and representatives of science and business spoke on the topics of smart city, climate change, CSR in sports clubs and digitainability in companies.

In addition to the national and international perspective on the topic of responsibility, the importance of connecting science and business between individual regions was also addressed. "Networking in the region is important for the stability of infrastructure, its development and expansion", said Ludger van Bebber, CEO of Dortmund Airport. According to Matthias Kerkhoff, managing director of the CDU parliamentary group in the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia, politics has the responsibility of creating structures and formats in which exchanges can take place.

Besides exciting discussions, the guests of the business conference were able to take action themselves. In workshops, they identified the status quo of their own company and developed approaches to the topics of future learning, VUCA world and corporate social responsibility.
