Promoting development, releasing potential: As a business coach, you help your clients to grow beyond themselves.
On 20.10.2023, the training course "Business Coach" will start again at the Kienbaum Institute @ISM. The certificate course will take place at the ISM Campus Cologne.
During the training, you will not only acquire solid, scientifically based specialist knowledge of coaching processes, but will also make use of Kienbaum's cross-sector expertise in order to accurately place the skills you have acquired in your professional context.
The coaching training is aimed at executives, consultants, employees with decision-making responsibility, HR managers and project coordinators, as well as anyone who is involved in consulting processes or sees their professional focus there in the future.
Coaching is a wide-ranging counselling method that can be applied in a goal-oriented way for very different concerns. Individual psychological and systemic communication techniques can be used to identify and promote performance potential. The core objective is to convey coaching principles, the role model of a coach and concrete communication and intervention strategies that can be used flexibly in different settings and for different topics.
Location: The individual modules of the training take place in block sessions on Fridays and Saturdays on the ISM campus in Cologne.
Number of participants: Intensive exchange with the training coaches is ensured with a small group size of a maximum of 12 participants. This leaves enough room for individual support and in-depth peer feedback.
